Proactively engage internal and external stakeholders and customers to drive successful adoption and increased usage of a patient registry application. Excellent customer service and application support is critical.

Job Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully optimize the operating system: coordinate meetings, record meeting minutes, assign action items, track timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
* Serve as single point of contact for application-related communications
* Own and manage detailed project plans
* Communicate updates and new features with internal teams
* Resolve issues and address questions: troubleshoot, triage, and follow-up on issues, enter tickets and track resolution if necessary
* Identify areas where users require further education
* Ensure resources are updated and easily accessible by end users
* Deliver training on the application as needed


* Understand the needs of users and have a strong understanding of key system features, such as:
* User Interface navigation
* Internal and external workflows and use cases
* Data feeds and downstream impacts
* Unique programs: provider incentive programs, quality programs submissions, patient experience
* Analytics


* Develop and execute strategy and vision for product
* Work with business owners to help drive strategy and oversee program's success
* Prioritize and track system enhancement requests
* Measure, monitor, and analyze use of application
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to increase overall engagement and adoption of the platform.



Required Experience

* Minimum of 3 years of healthcare industry experience leading projects with internal and external stakeholders
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with healthcare applications
* Demonstrated ability to lead and drive consensus among cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-directed, sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and willing problem solver
* Intermediate to advanced skill level and experience with MS Office applications

Required Education

* BA/BS Degree
