LivePerson is currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Developer Experience team as a Product Manager in Seattle, WA. You will work directly with our engineering, design, marketing, analytics, technical writing and professional services teams to create delightful developer experiences that improve our entire onboarding process and improve productivity. You know what developers need, how to talk to them and how to translate this knowledge into actionable plans that drive continuous improvement. This position provides an opportunity to join a fast-growing organization and shape the future of conversational commerce.

You should be an expert in:

* Leading definition and delivery of software services and tools that help developers.
* Turning incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs into action plans.
* Writing, curating, editing developer resources: tutorials, examples, guides, and documentation.
* Developing detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories for internal design and engineering teams.
* A/B testing, audience segmentation and targeting.
* Building and nurturing a developer community.

In this role, you will:

* Work with leadership, stakeholders and broader web development teams to propose, ideate, develop and implement web solutions to achieve business goals.
* Own and develop a clear roadmap for DevEx improvements; manage that roadmap and lead its delivery.
* Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may block goal achievement.
* Use operating metrics and KPIs to identify areas of strength and weakness
* Make prioritization calls and trade-offs to optimize business outcomes
* Work in an Agile environment using Agile methodologies.

Basic qualifications:

* Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in technical product management or equivalent
* 3+ years of experience managing experience of web apps or services with UI and UX responsibility

Preferred qualifications:

* Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL and/or Jquery.
* Experience working with website management tools including CMS and DAMs.
* Experience with responsive design methodologies and web development front-end frameworks.
* Experience with web authentication methods including OAuth, JWT, JWS, etc.
* Experience working with remote development teams, including external development partners.
* Experience managing websites for translation into different languages.
* Experience building integrations with enterprise CRM.
