Cobb Systems Group is seeking a Product Manager/Business Analyst to manage enterprise products developed by a local finance sector institution. In this internal client-facing position, the Product Manager will work on a team responsible for managing several document/records technologies. The individual in this role would product manage several projects and, working with the development team, drive the development process by communicating features, soliciting end-user feedback and driving product development.

Position Responsibilities:

* Work with business and technology stakeholders to develop a vision for several internal initiatives
* Develop detailed feature requirements to cover the implementation details and work with the technology team to develop the software/solution
* Service internal teams and current clients by assessing their needs and successfully translating those needs into the features that the development team build.
* Create a road map and schedule of deliverables to track requested product enhancements and upgrades
* Guide the roll-out of the solution to the various business groups
* Drive the process to ensure the product's user needs and requests are met
* Track the development cycle process to ensure deliverables are met on schedule
* Write and compile presentations, product documents and promotional materials
* Communicate product updates to internal teams and existing clients
* Act as the client relationship manager for internal and external product users
* Coordinate with development team to confirm process is on track according to roadmap
* Provide user demos and training to internal and external clients

Required Skills:

* 3 - 5 years of experience in a client-facing product management role
* User-centric design/development process experience is a must
* Highly developed communication skills
* Strong ability to understand user needs, translate these needs into written requirements, and effectively communicate with the development team to ensure that needs are met effectively.
* Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on deliverables
* Experience with writing product documentation and promotional material
* Experience with document management systems, including SharePoint
* Knowledge of MS Office products: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
* Ability to independently manage their own project work

Preferred Skills:

* Financial industry experience
* Ability to create screen designs and concept
* Project/Program management experience
* Java/SCRUM/Agile experience is a plus
* Records management
