POSITION SUMMARY:

Levy is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Analyst (PA) to support our enterprise Order

Management and Premium Service sales platforms. The Product Analyst works in collaboration with the Product

Manager, Product Lead, and Business Owners to maximize support and implement product efficiencies. This

position primarily supports the premium enterprise systems, as well as other POS systems and applications. The

Product Analyst will be responsible for timely response to all inquiries for product information and changes, while

maintaining system configuration standards and compliance.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work collaboratively between the development, product and business operation teams
* Build and share subject matter expertise about the premium products and business processes
* Work with the Lead Product Analyst on the configuration builds for all venues: maintaining global configuration standards within the POS and OMS databases
* Interact with users and stakeholders to identify new product ideas and enhancements
* Work with the Product Manager and Lead Product Analyst on rolling out new of system enhancements, including training materials, release notes and product manuals
* Troubleshoot product/system bugs and coordinating communication to user base
* Work with the Lead Product Analyst to coordinate and prioritize system developments. Work with Premium teams on release schedules and coordinate user acceptance and performance testing
* Participate in daily/weekly stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
* Provide Level 1 & 2 system support to global users
* Contribute to the installation and Live Support of any new premium solution(s)
* Some travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Strong user-centric mindset
* Experience in problem solving, process improvement methods, and business process re-engineering methods to increase productivity and business responsiveness.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, detail orientated and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to communicate with effectiveness and empathy
* Sense of urgency and enthusiasm in developing best-in class products
* Exceptional customer service skills and work independently as well as collaboratively
* Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
* BA or Associates degree in information technology or equivalent hospitality experience in the field.
* Experience with Order Management Systems and F&B Operations process a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
