Job Description

Global video game publisher/developer headquartered in Rockville, MD, seeks a Producer to join the Enterprise Business Intelligence team at its Hunt Valley, MD location. This position works with the Enterprise BI analytics and engineering staff to manage the execution of BI reporting and data engineering projects that support the game studios and business functions of ZeniMax. The Producer will work closely with stakeholders and project team members to define project scope, set levels of effort, and actively monitor and report on project progress. The Producer will create and deliver status reports, identify project delivery risks, facilitate prioritization, and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure they are properly informed.

The incumbent will have at least 3 years of experience partnering with both technical and business teams running product delivery and project management functions. The incumbent needs to have a track record of accomplishment in the field of project management leveraging Agile methods. In particular, the candidate needs to demonstrate specific experience successfully delivering full lifecycle application development solutions; starting from project initiation through project close.

Responsibilities:

* Develops project delivery roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, data analysts, and engineers
* Manages the product schedule, milestones, and delivery plan
* Provides risk assessments for project activities and develops proposed solutions
* Reports milestone achievements to key stakeholders in the organization
* Assesses project delivery processes and makes recommendations to increase efficiency and value
* Writes status reports
* Leads team project meetings

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 3 years of relevant, project-focused experience
* Experience in Agile development methods
* Success managing project activities for an organization larger than 10 people, located in multiple geographic locations
* Thorough understanding of requirements gathering and scope definition processes
* Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
* Fundamental understanding of project risk management
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under deadlines
* A personal interest in video gaming is a plus
