Position Summary
This is a part-time hourly position providing assistance with the administration and proctoring of tests offered in the Certification & Testing Center. This position reports to the Program Support Supervisor II/Certification & Testing Center Administrator.
Essential Functions
* Provide exceptional service to customers in person and over the phone in regards to the Certification & Testing Center
* Greet examinees and verify eligibility and license entitlement
* Maintain confidentiality of all clients
* Store client information in secured areas
* Provide security at the testing center by ensuring all security systems are properly used
* Provide test proctoring that complies with the protocol for each test type
* Administer computer based and paper/pencil testing
* Troubleshoot test delivery/technical issues
* Perform community outreach through the web, telephone inquiries and front-line interaction with community members
* Be willing to fill in when needed/cover vacation requests
* Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* High School graduate or equivalent.
* One year customer service experience
* Intermediate data entry, word processing and spreadsheet skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associates degree from an accredited college or university.
* Proctoring experience

* The Ability to remain flexible with assigned shift and shift coverage when needed

Terms of Employment
This position may work up to 15 hours per week. The work hours are vary within hours of operation: Tuesday-Friday: 8am-5pm/Saturday: 8am-4pm. The pay rate is $14.00 per hour.
