DETAILS OF THE POSITION YOU ARE APPLYING FOR!

The Telemonitor Installation Specialist will handle programming, installation, pickup and troubleshooting of the Company telemonitors. The Specialist will communicate clearly any monitor concerns with the Vital Station as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (may include but are not limited to)

* Contact all patients for schedule and installation details
* Responsible for securing the monitor equipment once it has been assigned to a patient for installation
* Install the equipment according to Honeywell procedures and guidelines
* Responsible for troubleshooting should the monitor not work properly, or communicate with the appropriate person(s) to ensure the monitor works properly
* Maintain proper procedure on retrieving the monitors from patients home in a timely manner once the patient has been discharged from our services
* Maintain a teamwork approach
* Communicate with Vital Station as directed on each monitor installation and as needed.
* Observe safety precautions in all aspects of job responsibilities.
* Maintain a clean and hazard free environment.
* Comply with HIPAA privacy regulations and maintains confidentiality at all times.
