The Team

Fidelity's User Experience Design (UXD) Center of Excellence (COE) is a fast moving team of design and development professionals who are recognized and rewarded for delivering innovative user experiences at scale, which in turn, provide proven results for the company. We are looking for a front-end development leader to join a design system team that is rapidly scaling to serve the enterprise. Your work will support other fast-moving teams who need to deliver superior, measurable user experiences. Our COE is a collection of smart, hard working and above all, kind people. The Expertise We're Looking For

* 5-10 years of experience delivering software that delivers customer & business value
* Experience developing in an agile environment
* Experience with design systems preferred
* Advanced JavaScript, Typescript, CSS3, HTML5, object-oriented JS, Sass, GIT, and browser developer tools
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of modern JS frameworks (Angular, Ember, React, Vue, etc.)
* Front end build tooling (Gulp, Grunt, Make)
* Experience coding using modern best practices and accessibility guidelines
* Comfortable with visual design and image editing software (e.g., Sketch, Photoshop, etc.)
* Experience communicating to senior stakeholders
* Proven track record building products informed by evidence-driven, research-based design methods
