We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong data analytics background to focus on analyzing trends in OTT platform data and working across operations and scrum teams to implement solutions to improve the customer experience. What You Will Do @ AT&T Entertainment Operations

* Review operational and customer data for the OpenVideo OTT platform to identify actionable improvements to the customer experience from an operations perspective
* Define solutions (requirements, design, development) and strategies for implementation
* Work across operations and OpenVideo scrum teams to oversee technical implementation and drive solution closure
* Develop and maintain tools and data visualizations to facilitate analysis by team members
* Audit monitoring capabilities and address alerting gaps across OpenVideo services Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and develop software tools to realize these efficiency improvements
* Evaluate new products/technologies and assess the applicability to Entertainment Operations

Minimum Qualifications:

* BS Degree in Computer Science (CS) or related discipline
* 5-7 years of experience in broadcast/broadband/OTT video workflows, cloud design and technologies
* 2-3 yrs experience in leading DevOps teams
* 2-3 yrs experience in Agile/Scrum based development management
* 3-5 yrs experience with scripting languages such as python and UNIX shell scripts
* 2-3 yrs experience with java software development
* Experience with OSS tools like ServiceNow, M&C tools like MoogSoft, and client analytics tools like New Relic and Conviva
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Leadership qualities, including meeting facilitation, time management, organizational skills and ability to influence others
