Principal Software Engineer - Static Program Analysis

We detect bugs in our users' code before they execute it and provide recommendations for what to do next. Our users benefit from our tools on-the-fly as they type in the next command, edit their code, or upgrade their entire code base. * Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms * Design and implement new static analysis algorithms, both for detecting bugs/issues and providing recommendations * Identify opportunities for combining ML/DL and programming language analysis, and drive ideas from conception to shipping * Develop appropriate architecture and implementation * Participate in all team activities such as team planning, design discussions, and reviews
* A bachelor's degree and 12 years of professional work experience is required. * Experience with C++
* Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning techniques * Familiarity working with compiler technologies (symbol tables, abstract syntax trees, etc.) * Strong software design skills and proficiency with algorithm development * Knowledge of MATLAB is a plus
