The Edge team is responsible for infrastructure that allows the Cornerstone application to be extended beyond what's built in-house. We do this by focusing on integrations and APIs that help clients bridge the gap between their HR systems. We work closely with all application teams within Cornerstone as well as external vendors like LinkedIn and ADP.

The Job…

We're looking for a developer to help drive our API initiatives. This includes working with other develops to build a scalable API infrastructure/framework that lives in AWS. We're looking for a driven individual with a track record of leading projects from inception to completion with little supervision.

In this role you will…

* Work closely with product managers to understand and distill business needs
* Work closely with architects and domain experts to design and implement scalable solutions
* Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
* Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables

You've got what it takes if you…

* Have at least a BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
* Must be a driven problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
* Experience with APIs including REST, SOAP and Authentication protocols like OAuth
* .NET experience is desired but not required. It's more important to have solid programming fundamentals. This is what you will be interviewed on.
* Experience working in agile
* Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
* Willing to be available for production support and vendor calls
