Principal Software Engineer, Azure Key Vault Microsoft

Join the Azure Key Vault team, a quickly growing service that's protecting critical Microsoft cloud data and helping attract major industry customers to Microsoft Azure! You'll work on a mission-critical, highly-scalable, highly-available service running in Azure and you'll join a team that's solving hard technical challenges to deliver a trusted, always on, and always reliable web platform. Basic Qualifications:

* 11+ years of experience as a software development engineer in the commercial software industry



Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience developing & operating services on Linux


* Experience shipping services and high-availability infrastructure


* BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent industry experience



Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
