Provides intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy. Monitors and analyzes all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the Areas of Operational Responsibility and Areas of Interest. Assesses future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country. Researches threat assessments to support the Commander and other senior leadership as well. Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Principal Knowledge Management, in the Ft. Belvoir, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

The IMS Division provides cyber solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customers success is driving our growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide recommendations for the development of Knowledge Management systems and offer results by designing and implementing SharePoint process improvement solutions. All solutions must be approved by government personnel prior to implementationProduce, for Government review and approval, Knowledge Management (KM) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with Army FM 6-01.1, which shall guide KM efforts within the organization and shall put the KM structure, practices, and governance model into placeImplement the KM practice by leveraging SharePoint as enabling technology, where applicable

Position Requirements:

Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and ten to twelve years of experience in the application of

MIL and DoD requirements and management experienceSharepoint experienceSecurity +CE

Security Requirements:

Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required
