* Bachelors Degree in computer science or engineering, Masters preferred
* 8+ years Program Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrated customer focus and end-to-end thinking for technical projects
* Proven ability to influence and drive strategy across large teams
* Resourceful at finding the right stakeholders and driving stakeholder work streams
* Solid understanding of core Azure services and components
* Experience with Chaos engineering and building cloud services is a plus

Responsibilities include:

Engaging and Growing Our Community

A passion to identify and develop a community is very important. You will have the opportunity to network across Azure and grow a community from the ground up. You will set community expectation and collaborate with the development manager to align community and developer expectations.

Your responsibilities include:

* Encouraging and scoping feature requests from community members
* Enabling community contributions in the form of code and documentation
* Consistently increasing active community members

Presenting and Marketing Our Solution

In collaboration with our development team, you will tell the story of our solution via milestone reviews and marketing at events to expand our brand. You will promote the tone, values, and technical achievements of our team.

Prioritizing Feature and Bug Backlog

As a member of our team, you will participate in sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives. We value inclusivity so your voice will be heard. You will represent our community and promote user driven design. Additionally, you will help manage dependencies on other teams and how they align with feature progression to limit developer downtime.

Studying the Azure Ecosystem

Our team will interface with services ranging from Databases to IoT. We embrace a growth mindset, collaborative learning, and failing fast. To succeed in this space, you will need to be passionate about service design, deployment, and telemetry.
