This role will be responsible for ensuring the architecture of Nestlé's Azure data warehouse complies with global IT strategy and system architecture best practices at all times. In this position, you will be supporting Starbucks as well as other Nestlé OpCos. This candidate will be supporting the Advanced Analytics use case in business areas including sales, trade, customer service, and logistics. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft BI suite, Azure Cloud Tools/Technologies, and familiarity in Machine Learning model building using tools from Azure Cortana Suite. This candidate will design technical infrastructure that meets global and NUSA requirements following system architecture best practices. They will need to ensure security of data by maintaining the integrity and performance of Nestlé's databases and guaranteeing that data is stored securely and optimally. This position will play a key role between the reporting teams, business areas, and technology teams to enhance the advanced analytics user experience within Information Technology at Nestlé.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft BI suite is highly preferred


* Experienced in Azure Cloud technologies e.g. Azure Cortana, Azure Data Factory, Azure Function, Azure SQL DW, HDInsight, DataBricks, Azure Analysis Service (AAS)


* Demonstrated experience in Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Big Data platforms using Azure Cloud architecture with structured and unstructured data sources


* Experienced in designing, developing, and implementing Big Data applications using Azure Cloud architecture with structured and unstructured data sources


* Ability to develop forward-thinking IT blueprints and technology roadmaps, and drive alignment and acceptance of the Enterprise architecture with multiple stakeholders


* A technology evangelist, who keeps a close eye on evolving technologies and helps Nestlé adopt the latest technological trends


* Comfortable working with ambiguity (e.g. imperfect data, loosely defined concepts, ideas, or goals) and translating these into more tangible outputs



Basic Qualifications (Minimum):

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field



Experience (Years/Type):

* 5+ years of relevant IT experience required


* 1+ year of experience in Azure Cloud technologies e.g. Azure Data Factory, Azure Function, Azure SQL DW, HDInsight, DataBricks, Azure Analysis Service (AAS) required


* Experience designing, developing, and implementing Big Data platforms using Azure Cloud architecture with structured and unstructured data sources required


* 2+ years or experience in cloud-based solutions and associated technology, including AWS, GCP, OpenStack, CloudStack, IBM Cloud, Adobe Cloud, among others required



Skills:

* Strong analytical skills in problem solving, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
