ADP is seeking a Principal Architect, Identity & Access Management.

Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership, architect and oversee the foundation of IAM applications and their development
* Promote use of innovative new technology and best practices for new product and solution development initiatives
* Identify gaps in the IAM products and services strategy and implementation, and work with the Global Security Organization and Product Management to resolve these gaps
* Collaborate with architectural peers, product owners, stakeholders and globally distributed teams to define and capture software architecture for systems and/or components
* Design, develop, and validate remediation for security issues
* Coordinate with teams across the entire program to ensure alignment with developers' needs
* Present progress to stakeholders

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 10+ years of experience with full cycle application development (Full SDLC experience: architecture, design, development, CICD, etc.)
* 5+ years of experience in information systems security
* Expert knowledge of security architectural mechanisms, commonly used security technologies and protocols including two factor authentication, Single Sign-ON, various authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID, etc.)
* Demonstrated abilities with SSO-related software such as SiteMinder, Auth0, Okta or other SAML & OpenID Connect providers
* Knowledge and experience with AWS IAM and Cognito a plus
* Hands on Java/JavaEE/Spring Boot coding with expert knowledge of Java 8, JVM ecosystem, memory model, tuning, threading, reactive streams, modularization
* Expert knowledge of SQL database, such as Oracle, noSQL database, such as MongoDB.
* Strong CS and product development fundamentals (design patterns, database schema design, data modeling, API design and considerations, design by promise, quality concepts including TDD & BDD approaches)
* Experience with communication services like mail, SMS text, PUSH notifications a plus.
* Strong experience with microservices and cloud environments (AWS a plus)
* Strong experience with messaging and stream processing architectures (JMS, Kafka)
* Experience in an iterative, Agile environment
* Ability to establish relationships with business, IT leaders and technology subject matter experts
* Ability to lead and work closely with different teams, able to learn quickly, meet deadlines and demonstrate advance problem solving and analytical skills
* Ability to update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging technology and security practices and standards.
* Good interpersonal skills that include the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with technical and non-technical personnel at all levels.
