Job Title: Principal Architect

Location: Roseland, NJ

Job Duties:

ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Architect at our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Responsible for the installation, configuration and support of business intelligence software and related technologies. Design and build scalable, high performance, and highly available BI platforms to support development through production runtime environments. Provide Systems Engineering/Administration support for building and configuring system infrastructures for critical web-based applications, including resource configuration, application deployment, and application debugging/tuning. Collaborate within cross functional teams comprised of personnel from Operations, Development, Quality Assurance, and End user communities. Provide on-call support to troubleshoot and resolve system problems of a complex nature.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field and eight (8) years of experience is required.

Work Experience:

Experience must include: COGNOS; Informatica; Tableau; Kafka; Crystal Reports; Java Application Servers, including WebSphere and Tomcat; Oracle, SQL Server; Linux system administration; Windows system administration; Shell scripting (bash/ksh), Python; Web tier integration via Apache web servers or F5 hardware devices; and Deployment tools including BladeLogic or Puppet/Chef.
