* Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned Esko equipment
* Maintain exceptional customer relationships and drive excellence in

customer service

* Assist other associates as needed

Detailed Job Duties

Service & Support

* Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned Esko equipment

Service Paperwork & Financial Accountability

* In general, provides timely, accurate, readable paperwork
* Provide supervisor with timely and accurate, activity reports (time sheets) and expense reports
* Provide complete, accurate and timely billing for all service rendered to clients (service reports)
* Record, monitor & control expenses (i.e. travel expenses, hardware expenses, etc.)
* Monitor and control assigned inventory

Planning

* Communicate all vacation and personal requested time off to supervisors providing as much advanced notice as possible
* Expedient response to customer requests during normal business hours

Marketing & Sales Support

* Support all company marketing plans
* Provide on-site consulting to ensure that the client's expectations are met, to include providing technical guidance to clients regarding hardware and software issues.
* Identify and establish new business by utilizing technical knowledge
