RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop novel and accurate computer vision algorithms and systems for audio-visual learning.



Leveraging machine learning and deep learning in Augmented and/or Virtual reality applications.

Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various deployed systems.

Collaborate with team members across a variety of domains including signal processing, acoustic engineering and perception sciences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a PhD degree or completing a postdoctoral assignment in the field of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.



3+ years of experience in standard AI, CV and ML libraries and softwares including PyTorch, Torch, TensorFlow, Keras etc.

3 + years of programming experience in Python or C++.

Core Research Focus in one or more of the following areas: Computer Vision, Audio-Visual Learning, Machine Vision, Machine Learning, Multi-sensory Learning.

Available to start employment on or after June 1, 2019.

Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

Interpersonal experience: cross-group and cross-culture collaboration.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Research experience in one or more of the following: Audio, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality.



Proven track record of achieving significant results as demonstrated by grants, fellowships, patents, as well as first-authored publications at leading workshops or conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICCV, CVPR, ICASSP, IEEE VR, AAAI, AISTATS.
