We are seeking a candidate who is driven, innovative, and able to work in a deadline-oriented environment while managing inputs from multiple stakeholders. The candidate will work on a small team within the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance organization supporting the Cybersecurity Policy and Awareness Team. This role will assist in the development of training and awareness content and will assist other team members regarding security controls and compliance standards. The role will also assist in the continuing development of Visa's information security policies, controls, and standards. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and capable of learning quickly, as well as identifying opportunities for program improvement. This will include maintaining currency with the latest changes in the policy and regulatory space and associated security and privacy frameworks to support enhancements to program collateral and training materials. The successful candidate has a proven ability to ramp up quickly on both new and existing technologies. Experience working with data analytics is preferred. This role requires a combination of skillsets, including: excellent written and verbal communications skills, excellent visual presentation skills, metrics gathering and analytics, and the ability to leverage technology and analytics tools to capture and present data in intuitive, scalable formats. A strong overall command of technology and Information Security concepts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with development of Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Content
* Develop program content and collateral
* Support Information Policies Change/Update Process
* Support FFIEC and various internal/external Audit requirements
* Assist with the automation of manual processes and drive efficiencies within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance organization
* Support continuous improvement and ad-hoc project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
* Support compliance reporting
* Assist with the development of process maturity and lifecycle management enhancements
* Assist in the development of executive reports and controls assessments
* Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of analytical tools and/or web applications utilized to conduct Cybersecurity assessments and executive reports
* Assist with the automation of manual processes and drive efficiencies within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance organization
* Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, CIS, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Education; or equivalent practical experience
* Minimum of 3-5 years Information Security and/or Technology experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and visual presentation skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environment that requires multitasking among concurrent activities and frequent shifting of priorities
* Sound planning, organizational and problem solving skills
* The candidate must have a working knowledge of Information Security concepts and a strong familiarity with Technology concepts
* The candidate must be able to understand security requirements in relation to operating systems, database systems and networking
* Possess strong analytical reasoning skills with the ability recognize and evaluate facts, objectively analyze situations, synthesize and organize data/information from multiple sources, detail oriented, and show strong judgment
* Ability to convey security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Prefer experience working with data analytics
* Passion for User Interface; good sense of usability and design in consumer applications. Experience with full stack development, preferably in one or more of the following languages including but not limited to: SQL, Java, CSS, HTML, or JavaScript
* Prefer candidates with strong Information Security foundation
