Job Description

SUMMARY

Located at our Huntington Beach, CA campus, the PLM IT Analyst will be a part of the Corporate Systems department, reporting to Global PLM IT Lead, and working in a global environment and team. This position consists of ensuring the PLM systems are up and running on a daily basis, following business expectations, executing the detailed design and configuration of PLM systems, guaranteeing the core model stability and globalization, and integrating potential regional specificity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* PLM Support IT for Business PLM Support
* Requirements/bug qualification, documentation, testing and resolution follow-up with editor
* Administration of the system to follow business activity
* Synchronize changes with IT team and other systems owners


* Under guidance of the global PLM IT Lead, working with the IT Team in the analysis and decomposition of current or future business processes, handle requirements detailed description in collaboration with business teams, and design/configure the PLM system to support the organization's "To-Be" process vision. This implies providing design for integration with all other external applications
* Administer Product Lifecycle Management from collection plan to go for production, design systems specifications, document, test, and implement cost effective solutions
* Manage projects within Supply Chain domain, coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, provide post-implementation production support, and troubleshoot in support of current projects as well in general support issues
* Work with business owners on the identification of business processes and system tasks to be documented, provide training to them and development team, and provide guidance to the businesses on appropriate use of PLM systems

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

* Strong experience in Apparel and Footwear industry within IT or Business support for PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
* Expertise in the areas of solution development and project management
* Show a collaborative working style
* PLM Systems for apparel/footwear
* General project management
* Experience with Systems Integration (ETL, XML or other)
* Experience with SQL, or relational database systems (Oracle and MSSQL)
* Experience deploying and configuring Web Applications
* Office Pack
