* Responsible for accepting and reviewing feature requests, writing code to develop/deliver the feature, and incorporating it into existing site architecture. * Engage stakeholders to collect, document and get sign-off on feature requests. * Act as development lead on behalf of NMC (as assigned). Develop, test and deploy features as agreed. * Provide support for the assigned reporting area(s) , including troubleshooting and end-user support. * Act as consultant to leadership and project owners to identify system involvement, data availability and to design web or server-based solutions for the stated need(s). * Research tools, best practices, and improve skills through self-learning. Look for gaps in existing functionality and proactively design solutions. * Strong knowledge of NMC tools, processes and scope of support.
