Currently, we are looking for Performance Analyst for our office in Bloomfield, CT to make the team even stronger.

What You'll Do

* Develop, execute and maintain software to validate CIS products and services as it relates to performance and volume testing
* Be responsible for creating and industry standard performance testing applications
* Identify performance bottlenecks in production level code as well as defects at the component and feature integration level
* Work on a highly Agile scrum team creating tests that validate their performance and scalability goals

What You Have

* Computer Science degree
* 5+ years of test automation with at least 2 years of mobile testing exposure
* 3+ years of experience using performance testing tools such as Gattling, JMeter or Blazemeter
* 3+ years of experience conducting performance testing engagements where responsibilities included:
* Experience in performance tool evaluation, selection, and implementation
* Creating performance, volume and scalability tests designed to validate project goals
* Measurement and diagnosis of potential performance bottlenecks
* Responsible for running multiple simultaneous performance testing engagements
* Providing detailed analysis and reporting throughout the engagement


* 3+ years of experience writing and maintaining complex test automation suites using industry standards such as Mocha, Jasmine or comparable
* 3+ years of experience testing in non-relational data structures such as Mongo or other NoSQL solutions
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.JS, Scala or other programming and scripting languages
* Experience with Hadoop or other Big Data solutions a plus
* Experience with open source test automation tools
* Proven experience in UI test automation using Protractor
* Ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams and ability to multi-task on multiple products and projects
* Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Defect tracking using industry standard defect management tools (JIRA, Rally, Tracker) a must
* Ability to estimate testing effort and effectively prioritize to meet timelines
* Ability to clearly articulate impacts on testing priorities
* Ability to learn complex application/data flow to determine the most effective testing approach
* Experience with industry standard version control tools (Git, GitHub, Subversion)
* Experience integrating automated testing processes with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins or Git CI
