SUMMARY

A brief description summarizing the overall purpose and objectives of the position and the results the worker is expected to accomplish.

The Peloton Specialist is responsible for providing primary application support and administration of Peloton systems. This position will assist with monitoring newly implemented processes for data integrity and completeness. Provide assistance in system upgrades, data integration, and process improvement initiatives. This position will also have substantial focus on data quality control of WellView and SiteView data entry, as well as user support and process improvement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the position that are most important to get the job done.

Provide primary application support and guidance in effective utilization of WellView and SiteView; Assist in the evaluation, testing, and deployment of vendor software upgrades and assist with piloting; Identify application request changes, build reports, and troubleshoot application and data issues; Assist the Peloton Lead in identifying business and process gaps, and provide solution support; Monitor system integrations, assist with business process standardization; Provide assistance around data governance initiatives and assist with testing automated data audit processes; Work with technical resources to enhance system functionality, KPI monitoring and BI reporting with guidance from the Peloton Lead; Create training manuals/SOPs, assist with new user training and conduct user refresher training; Provide well data entry training and perform quality control audits as needed; Ensures consistent, accurate information is being entered into the systems, and provide assistance in setting system standards; Implement audit rule requirements and ensure data entry compliance as directed by the Peloton Lead; Conduct analysis of critical business information and correct data anomalies, mitigate future discrepancies; Focuses on data quality control and validation of historical electronic well files as directed by the Peloton Lead; Create system reports and queries for operational groups; Assist the Peloton Lead in the coordination and exchange of information between PDC applications and external entities (new acquisitions and divestitures); Minor project management on non-critical system modifications for Operations Technology and Process Management or Business Unit requests; New user system setup and field computer configuration for corporate and field personnel; Systems and data entry support for corporate and field personnel; General analysis and technical support for Operations Technology and Process Management projects and system implementations; Demonstrate commitment to safety and environmental compliance in all job aspects.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum level of education, experience, and certifications required to perform the job.

Bachelor's degree or technical degree required; 2-5 years of Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
