Perform scanning, auditing, QC functions, packaging of product, data entry and CD burning. Act a resource for questions, assist in the training of new Specialists.
* Scan hardcopy files to electronic images, assuring a quality image. Burn project CDs
* Perform some basic quality control auditing functions
* Prepare product for delivery and assure all projected documentation is complete
* Prepare hard copy records for scanning
Qualifications
* Familiarity with imaging and other related technology.
* Proficiency in reading, writing and communicating in English
* High detail orientation, ability to perform data entry functions, ability to quality control work
* Some customer interaction
* Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates
* Ability to manage work load to meet deadline
* High school diploma or GED equivalents
