Job Description

The goal of the Orientation Office First Year Programming Supervisor is to help guide the MODs in assisting the transition of new students into their first year at Manhattan College. The Orientation Office First Year Programming Supervisor will help implement programs for new students that will encourage opportunities for deeper connections both socially and in an educational environment. This will encourage a natural relationship to spark in a comfortable, informal manner to help create a genuine experience for a more positive learning environment. The Orientation Office First Year Programming Supervisor will need to support approximately 14 MODs by overseeing each mentors progress with guiding new students to develop effective study habits, to connect with the campus community, and to help them navigate the college transition process.
