NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Oracle Order to cash ERP Test Lead to join our team in Carlsbad, California (US-CA), United States (US).

Overview

Experienced ERP Test lead to perform robust regression testing and achieve maximum test coverage in an automated regression suite,

Basic qualifications:

8+ years -of IT Software QA experience

2+ years of proven experience in a test lead or managerial capacity role

Skills

* Consistently applies fundamental knowledge of testing complex ERP applications (Oracle / JD Edwards).
* Applied in-depth knowledge of testing tools like JIRA, HP ALM, Worksoft & Selenium

Job Level Specific Duties

* Works on a large portfolio of applications.
* Provides test strategy and test cases / documentation that spans multiple application modules and/or functions.
* Mentors less experienced team members. Prioritizes own work regarding the testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
* Works with technical staff and business to understand the functionality of the system
* Develop and maintain automated test strategy, test plan and produce test coverage reports to management.
* Responsible to work closely with development team to in arriving at test cases, and - understand end to end functionality.
* Prepare detailed test strategy and test plan, execute the same using automated test suite.

Must have :

Extensive knowledge of various Oracle Apps/JD Edwards is a "must have" for this role.

Experience of working in Life Sciences/Healthcare projects and knowledge of Computer System Validation processes to enable software systems to be FDA/CFR Part 11 compliant

Should have basic understanding on Order to Cash, Operations and Finance ERP processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. This role involves stakeholder/executive communication on a regular basis.

Hands on expertise in test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM & reporting/dashboards from either.

Should have hands on experience of uploading requirements, test cases, configuring requirement traceability matrix, test execution and defect management processes.

Sound technical experience in test automation tools and frameworks are essential to perform this job including HP UFT, Selenium or Worksoft Certify.

Ability to hit the ground running, work independently and take full ownership of all testing deliverables across the various phases in a waterfall/agile project from day one.

Plan the testing deliverables and activities from initiation phase till Go Live and further support

Ability to plan, orchestrate and conduct test cycles and report progress precisely and concisely to senior management on a day to day basis.

Drive towards formulating a robust regression test plan and achieve maximum test coverage using an automated regression suite.

Conduct workshops for establish scope, define end to end scenarios with various work stream business leads

Minimum Education and Certifications

* Should possess a degree(BS/MS/BE/BTech/MTech) in Computer Science from a reputed institute/university
