Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Oracle Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst at our manufacturing plant in Duncanville, TX!

JOB SUMMARY:

Serves as a subject matter expert for business processes and Oracle configurations. Meets with business process owners to understand challenges and help create solutions. Creates the necessary documents to implement a solution including working with the development team. Responsible for supporting the design and implementation of process and system enhancements as well as evaluating, reacting to, and helping resolve issues as they relate to Oracle Applications and associated business processes; in coordination with business process owners/leaders/experts.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Collaborate with business process owners and IS team members in designing and documenting business processes and requirements.
* Validate potential gaps between requirements and existing business model.
* Create a functional specification documents (MD50) for the development team.
* Hold JAD sessions with the development team.
* Create test scenarios and perform testing on solutions delivered by the development team.
* Setting up configurations to execute test scenarios.
* Produce the necessary documentation for information systems operations and functional users.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering (all fields acceptable), computer science or related field.
* 4+ years Business/Systems Analyst/Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Order Management setups including processing constraints, defaulting rules, sets, holds, and OM Workflow
* Setup for key order management data including TCA, Item and BOM
* Setup fulfillment, pricing, shipping, inventory, manufacturing
* Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience developing ad-hoc queries and/or programming using the SQL query language
* Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment
* Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
* Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

* Strong knowledge of EBS applications with a concentration in R12 Order Management processes such as order taking, holds, scheduling, fulfillment, ATP, logistics.
* Industry Experience as a manufacturing, planning, or warehouse manager, as well as consulting experience.
* Experience with multiple Oracle applications related to manufacturing and supply chain.
* Experience with OTM.
* Strong Organizational skills
* Involved in Oracle upgrades
* Experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus
* Experience working in a multi-language, multi country, multi-org environment.
* Experience with Project Management and/or Systems Delivery Methodologies.
* Experience working with a geographically distributed team.
* Experience developing ad-hoc queries using the SQL query language
