Job Profile Summary

Computer Aid, Inc., (CAI) an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a Sr. Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Developer for a long-term support engagement in downtown Chicago. Qualified candidates will have a strong background in Oracle R12.1.3 EBS Financials modules, and experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, OBIEE and Oracle Hyperion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* The Techno-functional developer will be responsible for providing code fixes and designing and developing customizations and extensions in Oracle R12.1.3 EBS Financial Modules. In addition, the techno-functional developer will provide support for other applications as assigned.
* Functional/technical design and documentation to meet the client's requirements
* Application configuration and custom code creation
* Issue identification and resolution to address system performance and bugs
* Requirements gathering and documentation
* 3rd party application interface creation and maintenance
* Test script creation and execution
* Train end users on application changes and capabilities
* Manage work to client and CAI SLA requirements
* Computer Aid follows a defined methodology for delivering Oracle support. This methodology is required by our client.

Experience/Education Required

* 10+ years of strong Oracle EBS development experience
* Oracle R12.1.3 expertise in these specific modules is required:
* General Ledger (GL)
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Public Sector Budget
* Purchasing


* Experience in these applications/modules is recommended:
* Oracle Hyperion
* OBIEE
* Fusion Middleware (FMW)


* Experience with monthly and year-end financial close management, budgeting, planning, and forecasting
* Developing and supporting in a SLA driven organization
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Skills Required

* Possess strong technical development expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Scripting, Interfaces, Workflows, Forms, Reports, OAF,XML publisher, AME, and other technologies in the Oracle landscape
* HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are preferred skills
* Ability to anticipate and proactively resolve issues
* Ability to adhere to SDLC standards
* Ability to meet SLA's
* Strong problem solving skills
* Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as exceptional analytical and time management capabilities
* Ability to work without close supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term support objectives

Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, IT teams, departments and levels
