The Public Service Sector consulting practice is a trusted advisor to federal, state and local governments, partnering to meet challenges and responding quickly to citizen demands, business needs, new economic conditions, and changing legislative priorities and policies.

The Oracle EBS Functional Analysts will provide technical knowledge and analysis of Oracle financials and Time & Labor application module and l operational environments. You'll provide high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on especially complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the Government financial accounting subject matter for effective implementation. You'll participate as needed in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases. You'll need experience in:

* Implementing Oracle Release 12.
* Specific experience with Oracle Receivables, Order Management, Project Billing and Cost Accounting.
* Shown experience in Federal and DoD business environments.
* Experience in implementing in multi-org environment.
* Experience coordinating with multiple user groups and implementation and development teams.
* Strong organization skills are required.
* Experience analyzing and cleansing conversion data.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

* 8+ years of relevant Oracle and Federal Financial Management experience.
* Relevant experience in implementation and roll-out of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
* Implementation experience with Oracle Federal Financial modules including Projects, Receivables and project contracts.
* Must possess IT-II security clearance (secret) or have a current NACLC.
* Client experience with Oracle Release 12.2 or above.
* Client experience with Federal and DoD organizations implementing Oracle EBS.
* Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

* Professional financial management certification highly desirable.
* Experience in working with DOD Lifecycle management.
* Experience in working with DOD 5000.1, 5000.2 and Guidebook.
* Experience in working with PPBE.
* Experience in working with Agile software methodologies.
* Experience in working with Oracle EBS products.
