10+(Hands on implementation & support experience for Cloud PIM Data Hub as a strong functional expert and experience in Oracle Cloud ERP modules desirable
Minimum 10+ years of IT industry experience preferably in Oracle Cloud ERP)
Technical & Functional Skills
* 10+ years of strong functional experience and understanding of Oracle Cloud Product Hub. * Knowledge of related Oracle modules such as Engineering, Inventory, Bill-Of-Material etc., * Experience in Item Structures, Item Workflow, Setup role-based securities within Oracle Product Hub * Experience in data synchronization from and to Oracle Product Hub with different heterogeneous systems * Experience in creating Item Rule, Data Quality rule within Oracle Product Hub * Able to analyze and resolve tickets * Able to analyze new requirement for new development * Able to build SQL queries for ad-hoc report generation for user * Coordinate with offshore colleagues and provide regular status updates to Client * Experience in requirement gathering with customer/end users and developing Functional solution documents
Experience Required
10+ (At least 2 Years in Cloud and rest in R12)
Roles & Responsibilities
* Ability to architect product data strategy, best practices on attribute management and streamlining. * Ability to discuss and understand process, policies and recommend improvement. * Provide complete functional expertise in Oracle PIM including all the set-up/configuration of the system from the start to end * Provide techno-functional assistance to the development team in terms of table structure, API details etc. * Understand the requirements from the business users, do the fit-gap-analysis and suggest an optimum solution * Conduct Conference Room Pilots for the business users * Document all the functional and technical solution clearly in detail with no room for multiple interpretations. * Conduct training to the business analysts, end users and to the development team on Oracle PIM functionalities and flow. * Conduct root cause analysis and work with the product vendor for further assistance. * Experience in Supporting Oracle Product Hub modules * Manage production support and enhancement teams. * Meet the ITIL expectations and SLAs * Must have hands-on SQL and PL/SQL knowledge * Knowledge on Oracle Product Data Quality, Oracle Application Framework * Knowledge on Informatica ETL is an added advantage * Good oral & written communication skills * Experience in Onsite/Offshore model will be added advantage
