Position 1:
Oracle Cloud Solution Architect HCM
Position Overview
The Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Solution Architect Consultant will provide functional leadership for assigned project role with focus on implementing Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM applications and any relative solution design, business process analysis, and system integration. Provide functional Oracle HCM or Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM leadership and guidance to client regarding industry leading practices and the functionality of the E-Business Suite software or Cloud /Fusion HCM modules and any relative solution design, business process analysis, and system integration. Create and maintain effective client relationships. Participate in, and support, profitable business development.
Essential Job Functions
Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM functionality.
Configure the Cloud/Fusion HCM Application based on client requirements.
Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
Work with client to develop business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met.
Provide thought leadership around industry leading practices for improving operational efficiencies and profitability of client business.
Document and perform application set ups in test and production instances.
Thoroughly review application set up and configuration with the appropriate client lead to obtain sign off.
Raise issues as they come up and work on resolutions in a timely manner to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
Work with the respective client functional lead to ensure knowledge transfer.
Participate with the respective client functional lead throughout system testing.
Provide guidance to the respective client functional lead in the preparation of training materials and class agendas.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
BA / BS degree from accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a directly related field.
7 years progressive experience in consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle E-Business and Cloud/Fusion applications.
5 years of related technical, business or project experience.
At least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM implementations as a functional lead
Proficient or lead on 3 or more application modules.
Experience with the business processes in HR modules including: HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Self Service, OTL, Compensation, and Recruitment.
Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM.
Communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Resolves problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project management as appropriate.
Successfully manages relationship with clients and colleagues.
Effectively produces deliverables.
Contributes to presales efforts as required.
Coaches and develops others on project team.
Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during bid development and project execution.
Successful experience as an Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Functional Lead on at least 3 full cycle implementations.
Position 2:
Sr Analyst Consultant, Oracle Cloud Financials
Job Description
The Sr Analyst Consultant will work directly with customers and members of our consulting team to implement solutions which support our clients' business and technology needs. You will also participate in all lifecycle stages of the project, from requirements gathering through delivery, yielding a wide range of experience, exposure and responsibilities.
As a member of a project team, you will follow standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves problem solving and understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. You will implement Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.
Meet with clients to determine requirements and the scope of the project
Clarify clients system specifications and understand their business needs
Design and develop solutions to meet clients requirements
Implement and test aforementioned solutions
Create documentation, including, but not limited to:
Requirements
Design specifications
Implementation guides
Project plans and status updates
Successful Consultants will have the following background:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. MBA Finance or CPA preferred
Minimum 2 years of business Accounting experience, GL/AP/AR
Working experience on Oracle EBS or Cloud
Experience as a business analyst on projects
Proven analytical and quantitative skills
A passion to design and develop custom solutions for challenging business problems
A successful history of working in a collaborative team environment
Ability to absorb new concepts quickly, think independently, and demonstrate keen problem-solving ability
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
Position 3:
Oracle Cloud Sr Supply Chain Functional Consultant
Job Description
Candidate should have experience articulating solutions to stakeholders as this role involves discussions at various levels with client business users. Responsible for gap analysis of functional flows, provide solution design, perform demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions. Can independently solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices. Should be able to lead cross functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions.
Act in a functional lead capacity, responsible for implementing multiple Oracle Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules
Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Recommends, develops and executes plans for additional software module implementations based on business requirements Act as functional advisor and manager of technology resources
Prepare design documentation and work with application delivery resources as necessary to support business requirements
Prepare and present updates on projects to executive management
Adept at determining requirements by interviewing client personnel, reviewing documentation and facilitating working sessions.
Adept at creating business process models based on the requirements
Adept at mapping industry trends and best practices to the client's unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit.
Capable of defining, and re-engineering business processes.
Able to present solutions described above to senior client management via whiteboard and PowerPoint.
Knowledgeable about the Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates and method and able to setup the system to meet the desired business process and requirements.
Adept at working with clients to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing.
