* Analyze and timely process moderately complex and non-routine customer service transactions. * Ability to order MIB/RXData * Ability to order underwriting requirements. * Maintain team mailboxes as a high priority. * Knowledge to handle non-routine complex reinstatement questions. * Ability to effectively work with various teams. * Perform other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for
* 3-5 years of experience * Good verbal and written communication skills * Basic knowledge of Insurance products would be helpful * Excellent Customer Service Skills
