Job Description:

The candidate will perform diverse duties for the Card Production Center. Duties and task will vary depending on the needs of the department. This position will require the candidate to demonstrate the ability to keep information confidential at all times.

Production:

* Will be trained on internal inventory system.
* Responsible for accurately pulling multiple card stocks for daily/monthly/mass files.
* Responsible for ensuring that all shipments from various plastic vendors are properly accounted for and stocked in the vault.
* Will assist with card destructions and all other vault responsibilities.
* Ensures that all processes are completed within specific service level agreements.

* Excellent verbal/written communication skills
* Computer skills (email and other applications utilized daily)
* Demonstrate initiative and creativity
* Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure and be pro-active along with being flexible
* Ability to build professional, internal relationships
* Ability to demonstrate utmost in confidentiality, discretion and professionalism at all times
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs, and standing for up to 10 hours
* Open to cross training in other functions/departments within Card Services
* Must be able to maintain department quality and productivity standards.
* A high emphasis is put on productivity, quality and teamwork.
