We provide administrative, programmatic, systems engineering, research analysis, and scientific support services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Office in order to provide situational awareness of the operating environment to the Assistant Secretary and the CWMD Senior Leadership team.

We have an immediate opening for an Operations Briefer/Production Team Lead to support DHS, CWMD Operations Support Directorate, Current Operations Division.

Responsibilities

* Produce and Brief the Daily Operations Brief to the CWMD Senior Leadership
* Lead the contract team that comprises the Current Operations Production Team
* Write/Edit Operational documents for CWMD or DHS Senior Leadership
* Serve as a member of the CWMD Incident Support cell as needed
* Identify gaps in the current detection framework
* Analyze alternatives
* Define requirements
* Work will be performed on-site

Qualifications

* Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance (active TS/SCI highly desired)
* B.S. degree required. Emphasis in science, engineering, technology, mathematics or computer related field desired; M.S. or Ph.D. desired
* 15 years of experience within any of the following:
* Daily briefing of Senior Executives/Senior Military Officers
