As Group Manager you are responsible for our IT Department's greatest assets - our employees. Your main goal is to empower our employees with the right skills and commitment to achieve our business goals and grow with H&M.

We have a matrix organization, where you as a Group Manager are responsible for about 15-20 people. You will perform appraisals, salary reviews, recruitment processes and handle all types of questions around your staff. You have a close cooperation with the managers who have the delivery responsibility and are involved in cross-divisional questions related to reorganization, way of working, and people change.

You also work with staffing and sourcing strategies and you are responsible for ensuring resource and knowledge requirements in the short and long term. You have an environment responsibility.

We are looking for you who currently work as a leader and have minimum 3 years documented experience as a Group Manager. You thrive in a value driven organization and have good communication skills, both in Swedish and English. It is of great advantage if you have experience working within IT. As a leader you build trust on several levels and communicate in a clear and inspiring way.
