Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

* Partners with the client to establish positive ongoing relationships
* Policy and procedure updates as part of new client implementations
* System integration and reconciliation between Servicer and Auction
* Provide client specific data research, reporting and analysis
* Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
* Developing and implementing data analysis, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
* Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
* Assist with any additional task directives from internal and external partners
* Achieve success by reaching monthly, quarterly and yearly goals to support company performance and growth

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Computer proficiency related to MS Office, MS Excel (advanced) and MS Word
* Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
* Ability to accept direction on given assignments as well as working independently on assigned tasks
* Service and goal oriented
* Ability to work collectively with the department and interdepartmental teams
* Self-motivated
* Strong understanding of industry concepts
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task as well as follow-through abilities
* Must perform well in fast-paced environment on time-driven tasks
* Must be able to prioritize and understand and manage with a sense of urgency
* Ability to interface with key client contacts in a manner that positively represents the brand of Auction.com.

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's or associates degree with a concentration in data analytics, business, or related field preferred.
* Preferred of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
