NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Onbase Developer/Onbase Engineer to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Overview:

* Provide tier 2 & tier 3 support for all applications supported for OnBase
* Monitor and maintain applications; restores services for end users
* Analyzes software and hardware problems and coordinates workable solutions.
* Manage, resolve and document issues and events related to system and environment availability.
* Perform system software upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying.
* Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance.
* Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. As new systems are implemented, may be required to lead a team to complete all aspects of the project from design to implementation.

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of experience developing and maintaining OnBase Work flows and use of Work View
* OnBase System Admin certification (OCSA)
* OnBase Workflow/WorkView certification (OCWA/OCWV)
* Minimum 3 years of experience with OnBase version 15 or above

Nice to Have:

* OnBase Application Programing Interface certification (OCAPI)
* Experience upgrading OnBase to V17 or V18
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
