Job Description

The Office 365 Administrator will be responsible for helping Healthfirst advance its investment in Microsoft Cloud technologies centered on Office365. At the same time, the Administrator will continue to review, document, and present enhancements / depreciations being made by Microsoft ensuring new / expiring capabilities are communicated across organization.

Primary Responsibilities

* Research, develop, and deploy Office 365 (O365) solutions, including delivering proof of concepts.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maximize O365 functionality and user experience.
* Perform all aspects of the O365 ongoing administration including availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, backup, and security.
* Proactively supports Office 365 and related technologies including but not limited to, Exchange Online, DirSync, SharePoint, Teams, Skype for Business, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), etc.
* Lead technical discussions with stakeholder/internal customers that drive decisions and implementation.
* Provide training on O365 solution offerings, as well as IT orientation and security training.
* Experience migrating users from on premise MS Office to Office365
* Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems
* Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software
* High standard of organizational skills and strong attention to detail
* Participates in compliance and security reviews as necessary including working closely with internal teams to build security, reliability, and scalability into the Office 365/Exchange architecture.
* Maintain Exchange servers, systems and processes, including monitoring of system health to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
* Educate employees around collaboration policy and best practices.
* Provides end-to-end root cause analysis and assistance for issues related to Exchange and Office 365.
* Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED
* Two years of hands-on experience in administering large O365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD, Intune), Exchange 2013 or 2010 hybrid environments
* Two years of experience in administering Active Directory environment using Windows 2008 or 2012 Servers
* Experience with Microsoft Azure

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
* Experience in PowerShell, Exchange online, SharePoint, Teams and Skype for Business in O365
* Experience in managing InTune solution
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to senior leaders, and business concepts to the I&O workforce.
* Practical knowledge of SMTP routing, Active Directory/LDAP, DNS, Mail Routing, Exchange and SMTP Troubleshooting and Patch Management.
* Problem analysis and resolution.
* Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 preferred.
