Roles & Responsibilities:

Sr. Developer, industry overall experience is 8 to 10.

Management, Design Pattern-Tools & Princ., Test & Defect Management, Domain-Industry Knowledge, Knowledge Management, Release bility to adapt to new and changing environments and learn new skills quickly.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to apply strong problem-solving skills to a variety of situations to get to the root cause.

Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
