* Travel to customer sites to provide IT support for hardware and software on a daily basis * Install and service various IT equipment within assigned territory * Manage support requests through a computerized system * Maintain accurate daily activity report, expense reports and mileage logs * Respond to all customer complaints in a timely manner * Follow up on any outstanding items and provide updates as necessary * Triage and report client issues to the appropriate department * Assisting with the training of new employees * Train clients on use of Labcorp computerized system * Comply with all safety procedures and protocol * Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent is required * Associates degree within Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred * Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support * Previous experience in a customer service position * Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus * IT Certifications are plus; A+ or Net+ * Strong communication skills; both written and verbal * Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record * Ability to work independently or in a team environment * Comfortably working under minimal supervision * Flexibility to work overtime as needed * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
