Job Description

POSITION TITLE

Position Summary

The position is responsible for setting up new Inventory+ Customers. This includes the core application as well as the additional products/features. The New Accounts Inventory Builder will be the single point of contact for the customer during the onboarding process, working with the customer and a team of resources towards the configuration of DealerSocket's Inventory Product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Complete complex tasks related to the initial set-up, build, and customer training of products
* Manage the project from initial set-up to installation and provide customer follow-up for a period of time post go-live
* Perform transitions calls with new customers with sales representative
* Guide the customer to adhere to product best practices in the configuration of their products
* Gather, develop, and document build requirements based on the customer's specifications
* Work directly with a team of resources to determine deliverables, schedule product launches, and determine final outcomes for the project
* Assist customers in completing the initial set-up for various DealerSocket products
* Coordinate getting training material to customer
* Coordinate with customer and internal teams to ensure all build timelines are met
* Coordinate and conduct handoff to onsite consultation team upon completion of all setup tasks Document project progress throughout the lifecycle of the builds
* Work independently under general supervision with minimal directions
* Assist customers in completing the Site Set Up Documents
* And other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

Preferred but Not Required Skills/Experience:

* 2+ Years of experience working directly with customers
* 1+ years of experience managing projects
* Bachelor's Degree
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience presenting both to groups and one-on-one
* Demonstrated communication skills
* Demonstrated Ability to communicate effectively over the phone

Preferred Skills and Experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Experience in the automotive industry
* Experience with Salesforce
* Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Physical Demands

Typically requires sitting, speaking, and computer use for extended periods of time.
