Job Description

Administration and day-to-day up keep of various infrastructure components including but not limited to network switching, servers, hosts, VMs, Microsoft applications and services. Hands-on troubleshooting and break/fix of physical components. Optimization and process implementation of environment for improved services and reliability. Monitoring and reporting up-time of environment based on SLAs. Develop and maintain documentation of functions and services. Provide system, network, security engineering expertise and guidance for all aspects of information assurance, including those systems required to meet DoD regulations and requirements. Experience in Information Technology (IT) and Information Assurance (IA) in regards to hardening, remediation, and generating a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M). Support patch management, system hardening, and verification of STIG compliance.

Required Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related discipline. Equivalent experience can be substituted for a degree.
* 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
* 2 years of general system, network or IT administrator OS support experience.
* 2+ years of technical (hands-on) experience related to Information Assurance/Cybersecurity requirement determination and implementation.
* 5 years of dedicated datacenter, infrastructure or enterprise experience.
* Nutanix experience is required.
* Security+ certification is required.
* Must support user support calls, enter/modify tickets, resolve trouble tickets and requests
* Must be able to walk sizeable campus to support user base and lift at least 40 lbs
* Must be able to support on-call/outage needs.
* Must be a team player and mentor junior staff as needed.
* DOD Secret clearance is required
