Job Description

The Amazon Sales and Operations Planning and Execution team is seeking a talented Program Manager for an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement and automation of tools used to create plans for our North American fulfillment network. The successful candidate will thrive in a constantly evolving business environment and work well with cross functional teams. They will use their data analysis and software design skills to create solutions to solve complex fulfillment challenges and are comfortable presenting results to senior leadership. They will be able to quickly analyze large data sets to identify complex patterns and relationships resulting in operational solutions to real business problems. The role is a project manager role working with cross functional teams, meaning the successful candidate will not only design problem solving software systems but also work closely with the tech teams to get the designs converted into actual products.

The Sales and Operations Planning and Execution team is a high-powered dynamic team which is shaping the network execution and developing and applying innovate supply chain management concepts to improve and enhance the Amazon Fulfillment network to ultimately drive the best customer experience in a reliable and cost-efficient manner, every time.
