Group Overview

Oz Management's Information Technology group is responsible for designing, securing, implementing and supporting all the Firm's technology needs. In order to successfully meet these responsibilities, the Information Technology group is organized into three main functional areas: Application Development, Technology Infrastructure & Operations and Business & Data Architecture.

Our Infrastructure group creates and supports all aspects of the Firm's core technical infrastructure (networks, data centers, database/server/email management, help desk, etc). We have an opportunity in our Networking team for a 2019 graduate

The Networking Engineer will:

* Assist with design and deployment of new configurations, update firewall rules & provide BAU support including review of logs and remediation of security and network related incidents. All activities will need to be performed with strict adherence to change management procedures.
* Be involved in various projects. You'll get to work on new technologies including Cloud and Automation.

Qualifications:

* Senior applicants (class of 2019)
* Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated interest information technology (degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related technical field)
* Previous internship in the networking space
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and the suite of technologies listed above are preferred
* Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively
* Motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working
* Eagerness to learn and take on responsibility
