Job Description

CACI International Inc. has an immediate opening for a Network Administrator located in Washington, D.C..

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

What You'll Get to Do:

* Provide Network support for current and incoming customers by creating, maintaining, and deleting network accounts.
* Controlling access to network resources, including file access, printers and Personal.
* Ensuring customer access to the Enterprise Email systems.
* Provide technical back up assistance and step-by-step solutions to Tier 2 technicians when required, to remedy network related issues.
* Troubleshoot and aid with Microsoft Office products.
* Handle multiple open issues and interface with customers at all levels with urgency, attention to detail and great enthusiasm.
* Adhere to Service Level requirements and performance targets while providing high quality customer service.
* More About the Role:
* Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose printers and BlackBerry devices.
* Add print and PDA devices to the network
* Expertise in Microsoft Office and Exchange applications.
* Knowledge of Remedy.
* Knowledge of the Blackberry Application Server.
* Knowledge of Active Directory.
* A good understanding of File and Print services.
* Understanding of networking technology at the physical and logical
* level including the various supporting services and protocols.
* Outstanding oral communication skills.
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Ability to handle high priority problem calls and interface with a
* variety of clients while accurately documenting technical issues and steps
* taken to resolve them.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities
* and workflow in a fast-paced environment.
* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within
* constantly changing priorities.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

* Expertise in Microsoft Office and Exchange applications.

Comp Tia Security + and Microsoft Server level certifications.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of experience or four years of Service Desk or a combination of college and work experience.

Must have Active Secret Clearance
