As Business Systems Analyst at Appian, you'll build and support corporate systems that span across Finance, HR and PS departments. If that's not enough, you also will have a chance to work with the Appian platform itself and its integrations with NetSuite & OpenAir.

About you:

* You have a foundational knowledge in business and information technology processes and the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms


* You have demonstrated experience translating customer business requirements into workable NetSuite business solutions including: Implementing Order To Cash and Procure to Pay modules, building and modifying workflows, Building custom reports and saved searches, A plus for knowing SuiteScripts, an understanding of NetSuite-OpenAir Integration


* You have a knack for data analysis and manipulation and "excel" in Microsoft Excel


* You have experience with OpenAir including: projects, invoice and timesheet maintenance, building custom reports, and bonus points if you know OpenAir Integration Manager


* You have strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills


* And you thrive in a deadline driven team environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously like a pro



In this role you will:

* Team up with the Senior Manager, Business Applications to build and maintain Appian's app ecosystem including of Appian's NetSuite and Open-Air applications


* Build reports and perform data analysis from both applications as needed


* Support Finance and PS organizations on production issues and make configuration changes in NetSuite and OpenAir


* Work with NetSuite and OpenAir support teams on product issues


* Keeping applications current to product release cycles - including testing all new features and ensuring the integrity of customizations


* Enhance and support integrations to and from our business applications NetSuite, OpenAir, Vertex, Ultipro, Appian & Concur


* Support data migration and configuration in Phase 2 of Open Air (resource planning, revenue forecast and reporting)
