Please update the JD with the following skills To support P1P2P3P4 Ticket After hours on call support Coordinate for overall site health and infrastructure and application environment Reporting of the incidents Monitors service levels, tracks metricsanalytics, and ensures site health Site delivery responsibilities expanded to MES infrastructure and integration of MES infrastructure with plant devices Coordinates and acts as Single Point of Contact SPOC for complex service requests Interacts with multiple J&J stakeholders Conducts facilities management on behalf of IT e.g., local computer rooms, coordinate down time activities Participate in site-level DR, BCP, CMDB related to TS services Local representationsite support services for auditHR investigations related to TS services Coordination in validation change control process
