Job Description

LOOKING FOR: A mission-driven, senior level analyst with an active top secret clearance to join our AMERICAN SYSTEMS team to support the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) in San Diego, California.

As a Navy SMWDC Senior Analyst you will:

* Work within the Simulations and Systems Division in support of the SMWDC headquarters.

A week in the life of a Navy SMWDC Senior Analyst:

* Work with the Navy and joint military operations, planning, and philosophy of SUW, AAW, AMW, MIW, MOS, BMD and the Distributed Lethality construct of warfare.
* Work with and gain an understanding in the current and intended future employment of weapons, sensors, and combat systems.
* Ensure technology meets the operational needs of the warfighter, including strategies to support warfighter system interoperability in a joint theater of operations.
* Work with computer simulations and analytical methodology, be familiar with exercise and experiment architecture, and understand Fleet operations for the purpose of integrating TTP and technology into mission execution.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree
* Active Top Secret Clearance. SCI and SAP program eligibility is desired.
* WTI qualification a plus

15+ years of experience in:

* Surface Naval warfare

3+ years of experience in:

* Requirements development
