* API/Faster Payment specialists is expected to work in stringent timelines, as the issues raised are time bounded. * As API/FPS specialist, role will be to resolve client queries pertaining to the new age payment methods. This would require individual to quickly perform preliminary investigation, recommend changes to client and/or engage Citi's backend team to resolve the client issue. * Contribute to the change: Specialist will be expected to look for enhancement opportunities in our digital channels to improve the client experience. * Work with Product teams to recommend enhancements, involve actively in the pre-production launch. * Work closely with Technology team, product teams, vendors, and other internal teams to resolve system issues/defects, bug fixes and address client's queries * Conduct client consulting and introduce best practice to client on Citi e-banking platform
* Graduation with a Technology major is necessary. * Working knowledge of new age products like H2H, API, Faster payment and encryption is must. * Knowledge in Banking products like Cash (payment, collection) and Trade product will be helpful. * Good client communication skills and ability to work with various functional partners * Having client facing experience in the previous roles will be an advantage * Team player and able to work independently
